Entries are judged on five key criteria: situation, objective, strategy, message alignment, and, most importantly, results. The highest scoring entries in each category move on to become finalists. The winners are announced and recognized each year at the Crystal Awards gala and receive a shiny trophy for prominent placement at the office.
